We accept all online payments via PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. If you prefer, you can make your way to the checkouts and then opt to pay with debit card or credit card without any obligation to PayPal. PayPal then simply acts as the debit card/credit card processor. Sorry, but we are unable to accept debit card or credit card payments by phone or post.
UK customers also have the option to pay by post with a cheque or postal order. This facility will be available to you at the checkouts. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared. Sorry, but we are unable to accept debit card or credit card payments by phone or post.
This tutorial will take you through the process of ordering an item and paying for it online:
1) Select a category.
2) We've selected GB Postage Stamps...
3) ...from Queen Victoria's reign. We've also viewed a full-sized image of the stamp.
4) We've added the stamp to the shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" link.
5) You can see the item we've ordered is now listed in the Shopping Cart. We are now going to click the "View Cart" link.
6) We've decided that this is all we want for now so we will procede to the checkouts via the "Checkout" link. Please note, your order total must equal £4.50 or over before you go to the checkouts.
7) We don't want to go through the process of registering our details so we've opted for: "Guest Checkout - No Registration" and clicked on "Continue".
8) We now fill in our personal details and click "Continue".
9) In this section you will see the "Shipping Method" and "Payment Method" options. Only UK customers can choose to pay by cheque or postal order. We have elected to pay by credit card. Before we click the "Continue" link we must tick the "Terms and Conditions" box.
10) Check that all of the details you've given are correct then click the "Confirm Order" link.
11) You will now be taken to the secure PayPal payment processing centre where you can fill in your card details and complete your order. You still have the option to cancel your order at this stage should you so wish. After payment is made you will be returned to our site and you will receive email confirmation of your transaction. That's it, you've just purchased an item securely, on line, and we thank you for your custom!
